Draft of MUDE workshop for working with LLMs in Python.

Notebooks included are:

  1. Overview page
  2. Setup guide
  3. Effective prompting
  4. Generating code
  5. Debugging
  6. Importance of human oversight

Converted to branch instead of fork to allow building
